Compare Free and Pro, understand workspace pricing and manage a subscription.

Pro pricing is per workspace, not per person. The annual option is charged yearly. Check the pricing page and checkout for current prices and applicable tax.
Provider usage
SMS uses your own Twilio account; Twilio bills for messages separately. An optional personal AI provider key uses that provider's allowance and charges rather than Lapsewise's included parsing budget. See AI parsing and SMS reminders.
External contacts do not become team members or consume seats. Their contact and recipient limits still apply. See External reminder contacts.
Manage billing
Use the available upgrade or Manage billing controls in Plan & billing. The billing portal handles payment and subscription information. Check the selected monthly or annual period before confirming.
If checkout has completed but the plan is still synchronising, allow the update to finish. Use the existing checkout/retry flow rather than starting another subscription to work around a pending state.
Cancellation and returning to Free
A scheduled cancellation retains paid access until the stated period end. Reactivation may be available before cancellation takes effect. On Free, the workspace must fit Free limits; over-limit data stays available and exportable with editing restricted as explained in the app. Reduce usage or upgrade to regain the required access.
Cancellation is different from deleting records or deleting a workspace. Export anything you need before a permanent deletion.
Existing subscriptions and rewards
Existing legacy subscribers retain their applicable legacy terms while that subscription continues; the old plan is not offered as a new purchase. Eligible review credits appear under Account > Rewards and require verification before being applied. See Account settings.
