Lapsewise has four tiers. You can start free and upgrade as you track more and need more channels, analytics, and seats.

The tiers

• Free — try Lapsewise with core tracking and email reminders. A good way to get your first dates in.
• Starter — more capacity for a small team getting all its renewals in one place.
• Pro — adds the power features: analytics dashboard, branded PDF/CSV export, SMS reminders (BYO Twilio), and more capacity.
• Enterprise — for larger teams that need maximum capacity and bespoke arrangements.

(Exact limits and pricing are shown on the pricing section. Feature gates like analytics and SMS are tied to your plan.)

What's gated

• Email reminders — all plans.
• SMS reminders — Pro and above (uses your own Twilio). See SMS reminders.
• Analytics & export — Pro and above. See Analytics & export.
• Capacity / seats / modules — increase with the tier.

Managing your subscription

• Upgrade or change plan from Account → Plan.
• Billing is handled securely via Stripe.
• You keep access to paid features through the period you've paid for.

Tips

• Start on Free to load your dates and feel the reminder flow, then upgrade when you need SMS, analytics, or more seats.
• Set your workspace currency and logo (Account → Workspace) so analytics and exported PDFs look right.

Can I try Pro features before paying? Free/Starter show a preview/teaser of analytics; full analytics, export, and SMS unlock on Pro.

How do I add my logo to reports? Account → Workspace (owner-only) — see Analytics & export.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes — manage your plan in Account; you retain access through the paid period.
