Analytics and reports

Pro Analytics provides a broader planning and reporting view, including:

• Total records.
• Annualised listed costs.
• Open dates in the next 90 days.
• Records needing action.
• Renewal value by month.
• Upcoming renewal value.
• Deadline workload, including reports and notice dates.
• Status and module breakdowns.
• PDF and CSV report exports, with the workspace name/logo where configured.

Annualised listed costs and value at recorded renewal dates are different measures. A monthly recurring fee can be annualised, but that does not mean a new renewal occurs every month. Unknown amounts and unavailable currency conversions are not reliable zeroes; the app separates or excludes them as indicated.

Best use: Use Analytics for budgeting and workload planning, supported by accurate record values and billing periods. It is based on listed information, not a bank ledger or confirmation of actual payments.

Read cost figures in context

An annual agreement paid monthly can have an annualised listed cost based on its monthly fee, while its renewal value belongs to its recorded renewal date. Do not read monthly billing frequency as a monthly renewal cycle.

Currency totals use available conversions into the workspace currency. Unavailable conversions are excluded from the combined total and shown separately with native-currency information where available. They are not silently added at face value. Missing amounts are not proof that a renewal is free.

Export a report

Use the PDF or CSV report controls in Analytics. Add the workspace logo in Account > Workspace for branded PDF output. Reports are useful for planning meetings, with the displayed period and assumptions kept alongside the figures.

For structured record fields, use dashboard Import / export > Export. For retained files, history and renewal evidence, choose a full archive or record evidence pack. These exports serve different purposes.
