Analytics & export

On Pro and above, Lapsewise turns all your tracked dates and values into an analytics view — and lets you export a branded report for finance, leadership, or audits.

The analytics dashboard

The analytics view (Pro+) shows:

• KPI strip — totals at a glance (records, annual renewal cost, what's due soon).
• Expense by module — a stacked bar of spend across the seven modules over your chosen period.
• Renewal volume over time — an area chart of how many renewals fall in each upcoming month, with a Total / by-module toggle so you can see each module in its own colour.
• Status and spend donuts — distribution by status and by module.

Use the period switcher (month / quarter / half / year) to change the forward window for the expense view; the renewal-volume timeline always looks at the next 12 months.

How cost is calculated

Each record's cost is its recurring fee (or value) bucketed into the month its key date falls in. Mixed currencies are summed in your workspace currency with a footnote — set your workspace currency in account settings.

Branded export

Export your report as:

• PDF — branded with your workspace logo, a KPI summary, the expense chart, and a module-coloured table. Good for sharing with finance or leadership.
• CSV — the underlying expense-by-month-and-module data for your own spreadsheets.

Add your workspace logo in Account → Workspace (owner-only) so it appears on the PDF.

Tips

• Capture costs/fees on your records so the analytics and forecasts are meaningful.
• Normalise currencies (or set the workspace currency) for cleaner totals.
• Export a PDF ahead of budget or board meetings — it summarises upcoming renewal spend in one page.
