Plan by day or month and subscribe to filtered deadlines in another calendar.

Calendar view
Purpose: See which dates fall on a specific day or in a specific month.
Desktop Calendar uses a Monday-to-Sunday month grid. Entries show the record title and deadline type. The header gives the month and its open-deadline count.
Controls include Previous month, Next month, Today and a month picker. If a month is empty and a future deadline exists, a shortcut can jump to the next deadline.
A busy day initially shows up to three entries. Select +N more to reveal all that day's entries, then Show fewer to collapse them. Selecting an entry opens the exact deadline, not just an unspecified record panel.
On smaller screens, Calendar shows an agenda for the selected month. Multiple dates for the same record remain separate entries.
Best use
Use Calendar for a monthly meeting, checking what falls in a particular week, or looking up a known date. Use the month picker for next year's renewals instead of clicking through twelve months.
Subscribe in another calendar app
Calendar subscriptions are accessed through Saved views & calendar > Subscribe to these deadlines.
- Apply the filters you want, such as a responsible person or module.
- Give the subscription a name.
- Select Create calendar link.
- Copy the private URL into a calendar application's subscribe-by-URL feature.
- Revoke the link from Lapsewise when it is no longer needed.
The feed uses the filters applied when it is created and includes matching open deadlines, up to 10,000 dates. It is not limited to the current dashboard page. It continues to reflect matching record changes, while the external calendar controls its refresh frequency.
This is a subscription feed, not two-way editing. Editing an event in another calendar is not a way to change the Lapsewise record.
The URL grants access to the matching titles and dates, so keep it out of public recordings. Revocation stops future access, but an external calendar may retain events it already downloaded.
